Project Brief

'Peter Hollowood Martial Arts' required a formal rebrand to 'Dojo of Champions.' While remaining actively involved in the business, Peter wanted the revised brand to remain recognizable to his members and industry associates. The Dojo of Champions has produced some of the country’s finest athletes and outstanding Black Belts. While the Dojo is proud of its achievements, it also sought to be perceived as a family-oriented club. This branding solution needed to resonate with the following audiences:

  • Parents (both members and non-members)
    Students (both children and teenagers)

The Solution

A brand strategy was formalized to encompass all potential marketing streams, including web, digital, and print design. In addition to the formal style guide, a content strategy was developed. We identified ways to improve enrollment processes and streamline communications with students and parents. Survey-based research was undertaken with existing members, providing valuable feedback. Training was provided to equip the client with the tools needed to streamline their social media management. As part of the branding exercise, a new website was designed to align with the company's vision. The website is intended to serve as a hub where users can research programs, view timetables, pay memberships, and book term classes. Reusable templates for member certificates and timetables were also created to enable the client to manage these processes independently.
