Mia Fratino is a premium retail brand that specialise in high-end cashmere garments. The goal was to develop and implement weekly email marketing campaigns aimed at boosting website traffic and enhancing sales through the ecommerce platform. Campaign software analytics were used to ascertain the direct impact of the marketing efforts on sales.
Regular weekly campaigns were developed using typographic, illustrative, or image-based solutions that emphasised unique sales propositions and sales promotions. Animated GIFs and icons were utilised to effectively communicate key messages at a glance. The designs maintained a simplistic elegance to engage customers without overwhelming them with excessive information, ensuring that the garments remained the focal point of the designs. These campaigns had a direct impact on sales and generated increased traffic to the website, thereby strengthening brand and product awareness.
